have established a Return and exchange policy.
It's important to note that we do not offer returns for the products purchased; however our
exchange and refund policy will be applicable on all your purchases under the conditions
mentioned.
Eligible Products for Returns and Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange for any of the following products:

Please note that vitamins are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
Eligibility Criteria for Return & Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
● The user must have a valid proof of purchase or order number.
● The request for a refund must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.
● The product or service must meet the criteria outlined below.
● All items must be in their original condition without evidence of use.

● All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
● The product should not show signs of wear, damage, or alterations.
Return & Exchange Process

1) To initiate a Return and exchange, kindly contact our customer support team via email at
info@ma-sports.com.pk.com or reach out via call/Whatsapp at +92 327 4045846. Your
Return and exchange request should contain the following information:

1. Proof of purchase or order number.
2. A thorough explanation of the reason for your Return and exchange
request.

2) Once we receive your Return and exchange request, our customer support team will
carefully assess it and respond within 48 hours. If your Return and exchange is approved,
you will be provided with clear instructions on how to return the item. You will need to
send the product to our specified warehouse address, which will be shared with you.
3) Please be aware that we do not provide reverse logistics services, and we do not send
our own courier to collect the return from your doorstep. It is your responsibility to
organize and cover the shipping costs for returning the item to our designated
warehouse.
4) If your Return and exchange is approved, you can anticipate receiving store credit within
7-10 working days from the date we receive the product at our specified warehouse
address.
5) In the event of a rejection, our customer support team will contact you with a detailed
explanation.
Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items

Any kind of Vitamins are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Amendments to Policies
